The latest beginner course

Adult Beginner
Courses Full

Since 1996, the fencing Academy had run unique classes especially designed for adult fencers with a teaching syllabus and exams. when the academy introduced these classes, all other clubs accepted new beginners as an add on to normal training session. This was the first time a dedicated course was run for beginners. With the huge success of these classes many clubs in London and across the Uk have been trying to make available some sort of classes for beginners. With the flood of classes available 2005 was the first year where Academy Beginners classes for Adults were not run at full capacity.

However, fencers and beginners are now coming to see the difference between a properly constructed course and either a casually run or commercially run course. Therefore Academy classes are now getting back to full capacity again giving best real chance for beginners to improve further and develop on after the courses.
